摘 要:将单层隔振系统的基础和机器作为柔性体研究其隔振效果,采用统计能量法和导纳功率流法两种分析方法研究对比都得到减小隔振器刚度和阻尼、增大机器阻尼、提高机器和基础刚度有利于减小传递功率流的结论,和增大板基础刚度比增大机器刚度更能减小传递功率流的结论,表明两种功率流分析法的统一性,而统计能量法更加简洁。Statistical energy analysis method and Mobility energy flow method are adopted to analyze the isolation effect of a mono-layer isolation system as flexible body.Conclusion are reached by both method that vibration power flow can be decreased by decreasing spring rigidity and damping constant of the isolation system,increasing rigidity and damping constant of the machine and increasing rigidity of the base.What's more,base rigidity increasing is more efficient in cutting vibration power flow down than machine rigidity increasing.The consistence of both methods is validated but the statistical energy analysis method is more compact and efficient.
