摘　　要：以减压渣油为燃料的常减压加热炉在长期生产运行过程中,对流室钉头炉管表面结垢严重。文章对结垢的原因进行了分析,介绍了应用干冰除污新技术彻底清除污垢的情况。In the long-term operation of atmospheric and vacuum heat furnace that use vacuum heavy oil as fuel,the surface of nailhead furnace tube in the convection chamber was seriously deposited. This paper analyzed the cause of deposition, and introduced the method of thoroughly eliminating the deposit with dry ice technology.
