摘　　要：SMS即手机短信 ,它是一种快捷便利的个人通信形式 ,其应用日益广泛。文章介绍了短信 PDU串的格式及短信收发的原理 ,并使用微软新近推出的基于 .NET平台的可视化编程工具—— C#SMS,namely short message of cell phone,is the one of the personal communication styles that is quick,convenient and widely used nowadays.This article aims to introduce the format of PDU of SMS and the principle of receiving and sending.Meanwhile,C # language is a kind of visual programming tool developed by Microsoft recently,based on the .NET platform. This SMS program will be fulfilled by it.
