摘 要:目的 :了解无锡地区晨练老年人的幸福度和心理健康水平 ,并分析其相关因素。方法 :以 161名长期参加晨练的老年人为研究对象 ,111名一般社区老年人为对照 ,应用纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表(MUNSH)、SCL -90症状自评量表及老年人一般情况调查表进行调查 ,应用最优尺度回归法进行分析。结果 :晨练老年人的幸福度优于对照组 (总分 3 6 41± 7 3 4,3 3 13± 6 0 2 ,t =4 13 ,P <0 0 0 1) ,晨练组SCL -90结果也优于对照组 (总分 114 72± 2 4 41 12 1 62± 2 4 0 5 ,t=2 42 ,P <0 0 5 ) ;影响其幸福度的主要因素为人际关系、对子女的满意度、对离退休的态度和居住条件。结论 :老年人适度地参加一些体育锻炼有利于心身健康。Objective: To evaluate happiness and the mental health of elderly who participate morning exercise in Wuxi area. Methods: 161 elderly who participated morning exercise and 111 elderly from urban area of Wuxi were investigated with Memorial University of Newfoundland Scale of Happiness (MUNSH), Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90), and general health status questionnaire. Optimal Scaling was used to study the relationship between Happiness and affecting factors. Results: The average level of happiness of the morning exercises groups was higher than that of control. Factors having influence on mental health included interpersonal relationship, children satisfaction rating, and attitude to retirement, house condition.Conclusions: Elderly participating morning exercise have better mental health status.
