牙周病患者血清TNF含量和外周血B细胞及T细胞亚群水平

摘　　要：目的 :探讨牙周病患者血清TNF和外周血B细胞及T淋巴细胞亚群的水平。方法 :分别利用磁酶免法和单克隆技术测定 5 5例牙周病患者血清TNF含量和外周血B细胞及T淋巴细胞亚群水平 ,并以 35名正常健康人作对照。结果 :牙周病患者血清TNF、B细胞数水平显著地高于正常人组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;CD3、CD4、CD4 /CD8显著地低于正常人组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论Objective To examine the serum TNF contents, peripheral blood B cell level and T cell subgroup distribution in patients with periodontitis. Methods Serum TNF levels were determined with IELIA and peripheral lympocytes examinations were performed with monoclonal antibldy technic in 55 patients with periodontitis and 35 controls. Results Serum TNF and peripheral blood B cell levels were significantly higher in the patients than those in the controls ( P <0.01); while the CD 3、CD 4 percentages and CD 4/CD 8 ratio were significantly lower ( P also <0.01). Conclusion The above data suggest presence of disturbances of auto-immune regulation in patients with periodontitis.
