摘  要:目的 :探讨正常大鼠心肌间质胶原纤维的形态及缺血、缺血—再灌注对其的影响。方法 :成年大鼠随机分成对照组、缺血组、缺血—再灌注组。夹闭左冠状动脉旋支制备缺血模型。在左冠状动脉旋支分布的左室前壁取心肌 ,透射电镜观察心肌间质胶原纤维。结果 :对照组胶原纤维含量丰富 ;缺血组胶原纤维发生了形态改变 ;缺血—再灌注组胶原纤维数量明显减少。结论 :缺血使心肌间质胶原纤维破坏 ,再灌注使其破坏加重。心肌间质胶原的破坏是影响心功能恢复的原因之一。Objective: To investigate the morphology of the myocardial collagen in rat heart after ischemia and ischemia-reperfusion. Methods: Mature rats were randomly divided into control group, ischemic group and ischemia-reperfusion group. Ischemic model was prepared by occluding circumflex branch of coronary artery. Myocardial block was cut from anterior wall of left ventricle which distributed in circumflex branch of coronary artery, and the collagen of myocardial interstitium was observed by transmission electron microscope. Results: Myocardial collagen fibers were abundant in control group, and morphological changes of myocardial collagen fibers occurred in ischemic group,The amount of collagen fibers decreased evidently in ischemia-reperfusion group. Conclusion: Myocardial collagen fiber is damaged in ischemic heart and seriously damaged in ischemia-reperfusion heart. Damaged myocardial collagen is one of the factors disturbing recovery of cardiac function.
