摘 要:目的 :观察心肌损伤对房室结区脱氢酶的影响 ,探讨心肌损伤引起心律失常的机制。方法 :SD大鼠分为心肌损伤多个时相实验组 ,皮下注射异丙肾上腺素 5mg/kg。硝基四氮唑蓝 (NBT)法染色显示SDH、LDH。测量房室结各部组化反应的平均灰度值。结果 :房室结区各部SDH、LDH的染色均比普通心肌弱。心肌损伤时 ,房室结区各部SDH的活性短时间内 ( 0 .5h)明显下降 ;LDH的活性则为短时间内迅速上升。从后向前 ,房室结各部的SDH、LDH的染色逐渐增强。结论 :房室结区的有氧代谢、无氧代谢均比普通心肌低 ;房室结区各部的代谢不均衡 ;心肌损伤早期对大鼠房室结区的脱氢酶有较明显的影响。Objective: To observe the effect of experimental myocardial lesion on dehydrogenase in rat atrioventricular node area and to discuss the mechanism of arrhythmia induced by myocardial lesion. Methods: Twenty-two SD rats were randomly divided into control group and myocardial damage model group(0.5h, 1h, 3h, 6h, 12h,) with 5 mg/kg isoproterenol given subcontaneously. SDH and LDH were stained with NBT method. Results: Compared with myocardial, the levels of SDH and LDH in atrioventricular node area in model group and control group were lower. The activity of SDH rapidly decreased during short time in myocardial damage, and LDH quickly increased in a short period. From the back to front part in atrioventricular node area, the coloration of SDH and LDH gradually increased. Conclusion: Compared with myocardial, metabolism of anaerobic and oxygen is lower and un-balanced in atrioventricular node area;the early phase of myocardial damage has obvious effect on dehydrogenase of atrioventricular node area in rats.
