摘  要:目的 :探讨丹参治疗脊髓损伤的机制。方法 :大鼠按Allen’s法制备脊髓损伤动物模型。用复方丹参注射液腹腔注射治疗 ;用NADPH d组化方法测定NOS神经元变化 ,并做图像分析。结果 :脊髓损伤大鼠用复方丹参注射液治疗后 ,脊髓前角内的NOS阳性细胞增多 ,表达升高 ;而后角内几乎未见阳性细胞。结论 :脊髓损伤大鼠经过复方丹参注射液治疗后 ,脊髓前角内NO的合成增加 ,但后角内NO合成下降。Objective: To study the mechnism of Salvia Milteorrhiza in restoring spinal cord injury. Methods: Animal model of spinal cord injury was made with Allen's technique. The rats with spinal cord injury were treated by injecting Salvia Milteorrhiza through rats abdominal cavity. The changes of NOS in the spinal cord were examined with the NADPH-diaphorase histochemical method. Results: The number of NOS postive neurons and their average optical density in the anterior horn of spinal cord were increased after Salvia Miltiorrhiza injection, but there were almost no postive neurons in the posterior horn. Conclusion:The NO synthesis increases in the anterior horn of spinal cord of SCI rats, but it decreases in the posterior horn.
