摘　　要：随着数字图像处理技术的发展,图像检测的应用逐渐成为许多工程应用中的关键技术。该文结合研究项目-啤酒成品检测仪,介绍了该设备的系统结构和工作原理,分析了系统的设计中几个关键技术:色度差增强、小波边缘检测、网格上等值线跟踪等,并在此基础上提出了一种检测啤酒合格度的基本方法,实验证明了该方法的有效性,并获得满意的效果。With the development of digital image processing technology, fluid image detecting has become a pivotal technique in many engineering applications. Combining the research work-the Finished Beer Detection System, the article introduced the structure and working principle of the equipment, and analyzed such pivotal problems of system design as the enhancement of color difference, edge detection based on wavelet and contour tracing on the grid etc., and advanced a basic method to examine the qualification of beer. Experiments testified the validity of this method and got excellent effects.
