脑膜瘤45例临床病理分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨脑膜瘤临床病理特征和预后特点。方法 :对 1996年 6月至 2 0 0 4年 5月收治的脑膜瘤临床病理资料进行回顾分析。结果 :4 5例脑膜瘤中 ,纤维细胞型 2 2例 ,上皮细胞型 12例 ,过渡型 6例 ,沙粒体型 2例 ,血管瘤型 2例 ,微囊型 1例。Vim ,EMA ,NSE ,PR ,ER呈不同程度表达。结论 :上皮型脑膜瘤可能增殖、分化能力较强 ,易复发。Objective To study the clinicopathological features and the prognoses behavior of the meningioma.Methods The 45 cases of meningioma during 1996~2004 were analy sized retrospectively.Results In 45 cases of meningioma,including 22 cases of fibrocytic type,12 cases of meningothelial type,6 of transitional type,2 of psammomatous type,2 of angiomatous type,1 of microcystic type.Vim,EMA,NSE,PR,ER were expressed in very degree.Conclusion:The meningothelial type may have stronger ability of proliferation and differentiation,they maybe relapse easily.
