摘　　要：本文根据笔者对外语教学理论的学习体会，结合多年来的大学英语教学实践，对加强大学英语教学谈几点认识，强调提高英语应用能力的关键是输入、吸收和输出全面兼顾，平衡发展。This paper is a summary based on the authers study of foreign language teaching theory and practice in College English teaching over the years. It stresses the importance of inputting, intaking and outputting in improving students communicative competence in College English teaching.
