摘　　要：第二语言语篇教学须遵循语言学的“双重规则”原理 ,要深刻认识语篇的文化代码系统 (宇宙观、价值观、思维模式等 )对语篇结构和表达方式的制约作用。研讨语篇中的价值取向亦是外语教学的任务。In teaching a second language, one must follow the'dual principle'of linguistics, be fully aware of the restrictive function of the culture code system (the world view, values, thinking pattern, etc.) in texts on textual structure and expressions. Also, one of the tasks of foreign language teaching is the study of value orientation in texts.
