摘 要:采用气相沉积的方法在硅油表面成功制备了一种新型的铁薄膜系统,并研究了该薄膜的生长机制及其带状有序结构.实验发现此类铁薄膜的生长机制与沉积在液体基底表面的其他非磁性薄膜的情况类似,即服从二阶段生长模型.沉积结束后,在连续的铁薄膜中,观察到了大尺度的带状有序结构.该有序结构是由一系列长度基本一致而宽度呈特征准周期分布的畴块相互连接而成的.实验表明,该有序结构是由近似自由支撑薄膜的内应力释放引起的局部物质凝聚所致.An iron film system, deposited on silicone oil surfaces by vapor phase deposition method, has been fabricated and its growth mechanism and band-shaped ordered pattern were studied. It was found that the growth mechanism of the films obeys a two-stage growth model, similar to that of other nonmagnetic film systems on liquid substrates. After deposition, large and ordered patterns were observed in the continuous iron films. The ordered patterns were composed of a large number of parallel domains with nearly uniform length and characteristic quasi-periodic distribution of width. Experiments show that the ordered patterns are formed from the local material aggregation driven by the internal stress relief in these nearly free-sustained films.
