眼内容剜出硅海绵填充术的临床护理

摘　　要：目的 :探讨严重眼外伤和恢复视力无望 ,眼球仍有病或影响美观的患者 ,最大限度地增加义眼活动度 ,降低植入物排出机会的方法。方法 :随机将 6 0例 8～ 71岁的手术患者分为观察组与常规组 ,分别采用单纯的眼球摘除和眼内容剜出硅海绵填充术 ,观察有无排斥反应 ,术后并发症 ,义眼活动度及美容效果。结果 :观察组术后并发症、义眼活动度、美容效果满意度明显高于常规组 ,差异有高度显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :眼内容剜出硅海绵填充术极大限度地增加了义眼活动度 ,避免了“眼窝综合征” ,植入物性能稳定 ,重量轻 ,可塑性大 ,不易排出 。Objective:To explore a therapeutic method for severe ocular trauma or increase ocular prosthesis movement,avoid removement of ocular implant.Method:60 cases (age:8～71 years old)had been divided into observation group and routinal group who received simple eyeball removement or enncleate of ocular component plus silicon sponge filling observated for rejection complication ocular prosthesis movement aesthetic effect.Result:Observation group show better than routinal group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Enucleate of ocular component plus silicon sponge filling can increase ocular prosthesis movement avoid 'or bit syndrom',implant show stable,low weight,easy to model good aesthetic effect.
