Build of Animal Model of Focal Cerebral Ischemia and Stagnation of Blood Circulation by Qi-deficiency Syndrome

摘  要:采用激素加高脂饲料饲养 ,并且线栓法制造大鼠左大脑中动脉 (MCA)闭塞的方法 ,构建局灶性脑缺血气虚血瘀证动物模型。通过对模型一般体征、耐疲劳时间、血粘度、神经缺损征以及梗死灶的观察 ,结果表明 :模型鼠出现中风症状、耐疲劳时间减少 (P <0 .0 5 )和血粘度升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,符合局灶性脑缺血气虚血瘀证的临床特点。To make rat model of focal cerebral ischemia and stagnation of blood circulation by qi-deficiency syndrome.Methods: Left middle cerebral artery was blocked with nylon string after being fed with hormone and superfatted food for 4 weeks in Rats. The general symptom, anti-fatigue time, blood adhesive level,neurologic deficits and infarct focus were observed.Results: Compared with control group, the model rats appeared neurologic deficits.The anti-fatigue time was shorter and blood adhesive level was higher (p<0 05) than those of the control group. The infarct focus was clear in the model rats.Conclusion: The focal cerebral ischemic model conforms to clinical characteristic of stagnation of blood circulation by qi-deficiency syndrome.
