摘 要:为探索酿酒葡萄赤霞珠不同叶幕结构对葡萄果实品质的影响,自2001年至2002年对河北省秦皇岛市酿酒葡萄赤霞珠适宜的叶幕结构进行了研究。试验试材为2.5m×0.5m栽植密度,1.60m架高的双篱架赤霞珠,四根横梁距地面距离从下到上依次是40,80,120,160cm时,在葡萄上架时进行以下处理:A横梁上铁丝间水平距离分别为:35,60,100,150cm。B横梁上铁丝间水平距离分别为:30,50,90,120cm。C横梁上铁丝间水平距离分别为:20,40,70,100cm。D横梁上铁丝间水平距离分别为:50,90,100,110cm。通过对不同架式赤霞珠枝叶生长、果实发育、枝条成熟等指标调查测定,结果表明:处理间光合强度、光照度、叶片生长发育、枝条生长、果实品质等多项调查测定指标没有规律性的显著差异。上口间距100cm和120cm的处理有利于葡萄枝条成熟,120cm处理的产量较高。150cm处理的架面不易保持稳定。Some indexes affecting the yield and quality of grape, such as the structure of canopy, were studied by testing the growth of shoot, the development of leaf and fruit and the shoot maturation on Cabernet Sauvignon during the period between 2001 and 2002 in Qinhuangdao city, Hebei province. Under a double-espalier training 1.60 m high and 0.5 m plant spacing and 2.5 m row spacing, the four crossbeam were spaced at the set of 40 cm, 80 cm, 120 cm, 160 cm respectively from the foot to the top above the ground, and the two wires at the same set from the foot to the top would be arranged at intervals of 20~30 cm, 40~50 cm, 70~90 cm, 100~120 cm respectively.
