摘　　要：中小企业主要集中在劳动密集型产业,产业层次低,规模小。由于信息闭塞、技术落后等原因,形成劳动效率低,竞争力差等状况。针对中小企业在新的形势下,为适应市场,应采取的战略性联盟进行了探讨,为中小企业之间联盟提供了可供选择的策略。Small and medium-sized enterprises are characterized by the labor-intensive industry with low level of technology and small size. With out-of-date information and backward technology, such enterprises suffer from low production efficiency and weak competitiveness. This paper explores, under the present circumstance, some optional strategies for alliance of small and medium-sized enterprise to adjust themselves to the market.
