摘  要:分析了生物制气的主要成份及热值。由柴油机改制的双燃料发动机 ,用生物制气作为主要燃料 ,柴油引燃 ,测量分析其负荷特性、气缸压力及 NOx、HC、CO和烟度等废气排放。双燃料发动机与柴油机相比 ,气缸压力和 NOx 排放量较低 ,烟度相当 ,HC、CO排放量和排温较高。供油提前角提前时 ,双燃料发动机气缸压力变大、NOx排放量增加、HC和 CO排放量减少、排温降低。The main components, such as CO, H2, CH4, N2, CO2, etc, and heat values, which ranged between 4575 to 5506 kJ·m-3, of biogas were analyzed. The characteristics of performances, combustion and exhaust emissions in a biogas and diesel dual-fuel engine were measured. We found that the cylinder pressure and the NOx emission in/from a biogas and diesel dual-fuel engine were both lower than those in/from a diesel engine and the smoke density was at the equivalent level; however, the HC and CO emissions and the exhaust temperature were higher. The cylinder pressure of a dual-fuel engine and its NOx emission will increase, but the exhaust temperature, and the HC and CO emissions will decrease, when the advance angle of fuel supply is increased.
