摘　　要：前哨淋巴结活检术 (sentinellymphnodebiopsy ,SLNB)是 2 0世纪 90年代提出的乳腺癌腋窝手术的新观念 ,可准确地预测腋窝淋巴结的转移状况。正电子发射体层显像 (positronemissiontomography ,PET)作为最新的影像学技术 ,在肿瘤诊断、指导治疗方面有重要价值。综述了两者诊断腋窝淋巴结转移的原理、应用、影响因素及联合应用的临床意义。Sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) is a new conception about axilla operation on breast cancer,which can accurately forecast axillary lymph node metastases and maybe substitute axillary lymph node dissection (ALND).As a newly image technology,positron emission tomography (PET) plays an important role in both diagnosis and treatment of tumor .This paper reviews their theory,applications,influence factors and the clinical meaning of their combination.
