摘　　要：目的:介绍本单位对BrainLAB调强系统的验收经验,探讨有关IMRT系统的验收问题。材料和方法:用三维水箱、电离室和普通胶片等设备对IMRT治疗过程所涉及的硬件和软件进行验收。结论:了解和掌握本单位调强系统的有关参数及其优缺点,有利于正确安全地开展调强放射治疗。通过不同中心交流各自的验收经验,有利于共同探讨和发展IMRT的验收问题。Objective: Reviewing the acceptance test procedures adopted in our hosp ital to study the acceptance test for IMRT system. Materials and Methods: Accept ance tests on BrainLAB IMRT system's hardware and software had been performed by using water phantom, ionization chambers and films. Conclusion: To study and un derstand the concerned parameters of the IMRT system that implied in our own cen ter is beneficial to a correct and safety implementation of IMRT. Exchange of ac ceptance experiences among different institutions is helpful to explore and impr ove the acceptance test for IMRT.
