摘　　要：供应商对于一个企业的竞争力有着深远的影响,供应商的选择直接关系到企业的采购质量。因此研究供应商选择方法,具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。本文对供应商选择问题进行了研究,并用层次分析法(AHP)给出了一个具体的实例。The supplying businesses play a very important role in culturing the competition capacity of an enterprise. The process of selecting supplying businesses has a direct influence on the procurement quality of an enterprise. So studying the methods of selecging supplying business is of very important theoretical and practical value. This paper studies the problem of selecting supplying businesses and gives an concrete example by using the Analytic Hierarchy Program(AHP).
