摘　　要：首先分析制造资源计划系统(MRPII)在实际应用中的局限性和设计思想方面的不足,然后阐述了约束理论的基本思想和实施过程,综合两种理论的优点,研究两种理论结合的可行性,提出了一个融合约束理论的MRPII系统。The limits of classical MRPII on aspect of integrated design are analyzed, and the theory and implementation of TOC are introduced in this paper. After studying the strongpoint of them and the possibility of the combination of MRPII and TOC, we put forward a new MRPII model syncretized with TOC.
