摘 要:目的:设计研制三维定位面弓,并对其用于颧骨骨折的术前诊断、术中复位校准以及术后效果进行评价。方法:设计并制作可用于测量颧骨突度、面侧方宽度以及眼球突度的三维定位面弓,用于颧骨颧弓粉碎性骨折和陈旧性颧骨骨折共5例,评价其临床应用效果。结果:开发并研制出可用于测量颧骨前突度、面宽和眼球突度的三维定位面弓,通过对5例颧骨骨折患者的临床应用,效果满意。结论:三维定位面弓是颧骨不对称畸形的定量测量工具,可用于术前颧面部软组织畸形诊断、术中复位指导和校准,以及术后面部对称性评价,还可用于眼球突度的测量。PURPOSE: To design a three-dimensional face bow and use it in pre-diagnosis, guiding reduction in operation and post-operative evaluation of zygomatic fractures. METHODS: Three-dimensional face bow was designed to measure the projection of zygoma, the eyes, and width of the face. Then it was used for 5 patients with comminuted or delayed zygomatic and arch fractures to evaluate the clinical effects. RESULTS: Three-dimensional face bow which can be used for the measurement of the zygomatic projection, facial width and eyes projection, was designed and manufactured. By using for 5 patients with zygomatic fractures, the results were satisfied. CONCLUSION: Three-dimensional face bow is an instrument for measuring the deformity of zygomatic fractures. It can be used for diagnosis of the soft tissue deformity of the zygomatic area before operation, reduction guidance in operation, evaluation of the zygomatic symmetry during and after operation and measurement of the eyes projection.
