摘　　要：科学创新是研讨的热门话题 ,并日益引起学术界、企业界、政府决策层的注意。科学创新既可理解为科学自身的创新 ,亦可理解为创新的科学性问题。把两者结合起来 ,从知识经济与科学创新的关系入手 ,说明知识经济与科学创新的同一性和互补性。scientific innovation is a hot topic,it has taken attention of academic circles,enterprise circle and government policy.Scientific innovation can be understood both as the innovation of science itself and an innovative scientific problem.Combine the two sides,to start with the relationship between intellectual economy and scientific innovation,illustrate their identity and complementary.
