摘　　要：邓小平人才理论直接继承了毛泽东思想中人才理论的基本观点 ,贯穿着实事求是、改革创新的精神和辩证唯物主义 ,内涵丰富 ,思想深刻 ,是一个科学的体系。进入 2 1世纪以来 ,党的十六大提出的“第一资源”和“四个尊重”的科学论断 ,十六届三中全会提出的以人为本 ,全面、协调、可持续的发展观 ,以及党中央多次郑重提出的党管人才原则 ,都是对邓小平人才理论的进一步弘扬和发展。Deng Xiao-ping′s theory of talents has directly inherit e d the basic concept of the theory of talents in Mao Ze-dong′s thoughts, runnin g through the spirit of seeking truth from facts, reform and innovation and mater ialism dialectics, which has rich intension and deep thought and it is a system of science. Since 21st century, the scientific judgement of 'first resource' and 'four pieces of respect' has been put forward on the 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China and on the Third Plenary Session of the 16th National C ongress of Communist Party of China, the scientific developing view of insisting on establishing people-oriented, overall, coordinating, sustainable developmen t has been put forward and also the principle that our Party is in charge of tale nts which the Central Party Committee seriously put forward many times. All thes e are further propagation and development of Deng Xiao-ping′s theory of talent s.
