离子色谱法测定化工工艺尾气中氯化氢

摘　　要：研究了离子色谱法测定化工工艺尾气中氯化氢。采用美国Dionex公司DX 100型离子色谱仪,以2.7mmol.L-1Na2CO3 0.3mmol·L-1NaHCO3作为淋洗液,流速为1.2ml·min-1,测定了化工工艺尾气中氯化氢。相对标准偏差为1.8%～2.0%,样品回收率为90%～98%。该方法简便、快速、准确度可靠。Tail gas sample was collected with a filter-membrane (0.3μm, 340mm) sampler, using a mixed solution of 2.7mmol·L^(-1) Na_2CO_3 and 0.3mmol·L^(-1) NaHCO_3 as absorbing solution. The sampling was performed at a flow-rate of 1L·min^(-1)and 60L of the tail gas were taken. IC was carried out on the DX-100 ion chromatograph with AS-12A anion separation column. Composition of the eluant used was same as the absorbing solution. The flow-rate of eluation was 1.2ml·min^(-1). The method was proved to be accurate, convenient and rapid. Conductometric detection was used in the determination. RSD′s obtained were in the range 1.8%～2.0% and the recoveries in the range 90%～98%.
