摘　　要：在分析我省网络媒体规范与管理的法制化环境、中小学校校园网规范与管理现状及打击网络犯罪的效能基础上,指出了我省网络媒体规范与管理中存在地方性法规不健全、网络媒体安全技术人才流失及缺乏网络媒体安全监管机制等问题,并提出解决这些问题的方案。Based on the analysis of the legal environment of the network media standardization and management in our province, the current status of campus network standardization and management and the effectiveness of the fight against cyber crimes, this paper points out several problems including the faultiness of relevant local laws and rules, the loss of technical talents of network media security and the lack of security supervisory mechanism; then it raises the solution.
