佛手叶用性状的分析研究

摘　　要：以4年生白花佛手植株枝叶为分析对象,测定其有关植物学和经济学性状。结果表明:佛手的萌芽率和成枝率分别为74.54%和46.01%;主干粗度与其着生总枝数呈极显著正相关;2年生枝粗度与其总芽数、成枝率和着生枝数间均呈极显著正相关;春梢与夏梢两者间枝长、枝粗、叶片数、叶面积、叶片厚度差异极显著。佛手叶片的蛋白质、叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和类黄酮含量分别为45.90、1.85、0.32和15.90mg·g-1。夏梢生长成熟时与春梢两者间经济学性状差异不显著,这为佛手的资源开发利用提供了多元选择。The measurement on the characters of botany and economy of branch and leaf in 4-year-old plant of baihua cultivar of Finger-citron indicated that: percentage of budding and shooting was 74.54% and 46.01%, respectively, significant correlations exist between width of trunk and sum of branches, between width of 2-year-old branch and sum of bud, branching percentage, and branch number. Differences of shoot length, branch width, leaf number, leaf area and leaf thickness between spring and summer shoot were significant. In leaf of Finger-citron, content of protein, chlorophyll, carotenoid and flavonoid was 45.90, 1.85, 0.31 and 15.90 mg·g^(-1), respectively, different significantly between spring and summer shoot, which has an important utilized value. The differences of economic characters between spring and summer shoot was insignificant when the latter grew up, which offers the multi-choice for exploitation and utilization on the resources of Finger-citron.
