超声波在棉织物纤维素酶整理工艺中的应用

摘　　要：选择两种国产和进口纤维素酶,在超声波和常规条件下进行了棉织物酶整理的比较实验,结果表明,超声波对棉织物纤维素酶整理工艺具有促进作用;同时确定了超声波条件下进行棉织物纤维酶整理工艺的适宜条件。In this paper, two kinds of homemade and imported cellulase were applied to the treatment of cotton fabric under the ultrasonic and the normal condition respectively, compared two experiments we found that under the optimize condition the ultrasonic can promote the treatment of cotton fabric with cellulase; and the optimize condition to the treatment of cotton fabric under the ultrasonic were:cellulase 3.5%, pH value:5, liquor ratio1:30, temperature:40℃, time:20min.
