摘　　要：目的克隆BLCAP基因并构建原核表达质粒。方法利用RT-PCR方法,从骨肉瘤细胞SOSP-9607总RNA中克隆BLCAP基因ORF,通过酶切、连接、转化等手段,获得重组原核细胞表达质粒。结果成功克隆BLCAP基因ORF并构建重组质粒pGEX-4T-BLCAP。结论克隆BLCAP基因并重组原核细胞表达质粒,为分析蛋白特性、研究基因功能创造了条件。Objective: To clone and reconstruct an eukaryocyte expression plasmid of BLCAP gene. Methods: The ORF of BLCAP gene was cloned from total RNA of osteosarcoma cell SOSP-9607 by RT-PCR. And the DNA segment was modified, colligated with a retrovirus vector. Results: A recombined plasmid containing the ORF of BLCAP gene was constructed successfully. It was named pGEX-4T-BLCAP. Conclusions: It is very helpful to clone and construct the recombined plasmid of BLCAP gene and to study the qualities of protein and the function of BLCAP gene.
