强化地板生产中地板坯料养生周期的确定

摘　　要：对强化地板坯料养生过程的研究表明,热压后大板分割成小板坯料的时问对地板坯料养生过程中的温度、厚度、直线度和含水率的变化有一定的影响。大板分割成小板坯料后,其温度在第3天、厚度在第6天、直线度在第10天可基本达到平衡的状态,含水率在2周左右可达到初步的平衡。成型后的地板拼装检测结果表明,在生产中应以厚度和直线度的变化达到稳定状态为标准来确定强化地板坯料的养生周期。Study on natural conditioning process of laminate flooring reveals that storage duration of hot pressed laminate flooring before being cut into standard size has effect on changes of its temperature, thickness, straightness and moisture content. In natural conditioning process, the temperature, thickness and straightness of the laminate flooring cut to size can reached their balance condition through 3,6,10 days respectively, while its moisture content can take about 2 weeks for initial balance. Assembling results of me-chanicaly processed flooring show that conditioning duration of laminate flooring should be determined according as its thickness and straightness have reached their balance condition.
