摘　　要：现代别墅选址布局应注重环境因素与区位因素。文章认为别墅选址要遵循崇尚自然,因地制宜,位于上风向、上游、无污染,交通顺畅等原则,并针对不同地区进行别墅最优选址,同时运用区位分析原理对典型别墅选址案例进行实证分析。Modern villa location and layout should primarily focus on the factors of environment and district planning. The author believes in this paper that one should follow 4 principles when deciding the villa location, namely, the advocation of nature, the adaption to the environment, and the selection of places with free wind,upper river,no pollution, and fine traffic condition. What is more, to choose the best place for a villa in different regions, one should take particular factors of the certain region into consideration. Meanwhile, based on the theories of zoning analysis, this paper demonstrates analysis of some typical cases of villa location.
