摘　　要：企业孵化器是新生中小企业聚集的含有中小企业生存与发展所需的共享服务的系统空间环境。企业孵化的实质是面向孵化对象配置资源。解析了企业孵化的实质,提出了企业孵化关键性资源概念,并着重分析了通过社会支持网络进行资源配置的问题。Business Incubator is a systematical space environment that was clustered by new MSEs and has a lot of shared services that required by the survial and development of the tenant companies.The essentials of incu - bation are distribution of resources for tenant companies.This paper explores the essentials of incubation and created the conception of the key resources of incubator.And the problem of distribution on resources by social supporting networks is mainly discussed in this paper.
