摘 要:[目的 ]研究医护人员的职业紧张状况。 [方法 ]整群抽取我院门诊与病房医护人员 2 99名 ,填写职业紧张量表。 [结果 ]女医生心理紧张反应明显高于男医生 (P =0 .0 41)。医生组任务过重、角色界线不清、责任感得分较高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并随学历增高而增加 ;护士组自然环境得分较高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并随学历增高而降低。职业紧张状态具有显著的年龄差异 (P <0 .0 5 )及岗位差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。患有神经衰弱及消化性溃疡的医护人员紧张状态较高 (P <0 .0 5 )。 [结论 ]医护工作存在职业紧张因素 。Objective: to investigate the status quo of occupation tension of medical and nursing staffs. Method: a total of 299 staffs from outpatient and inpatient department of Puren hospital had selected by group. Then they were asked to fill out occupation tension scales. Result: it showed that the psychological tension of female doctors was higher than that of male doctors (P=0.041).Doctor group staff was with overweighted task. Their roles limits were unclear.They had higher scores of responsibility feeling (P<0.05), which elevated with the increase of their academic career. Nursing staff group had higher scores of natural environment, which decreased as their academic career increased. It also showed that there was a significant difference in different ages and in different posts of nursing staff in terms of occupation tension (P<0.05). The status quo of occupational tension was higher in staffs suffered from neurasthenia and peptic ulcer (P<0.05). Conclusion: there was occupation tension factors in medical work, which were harmful to the physical and mental health of medical and nursing staffs.
