青光眼持续性高眼压下手术治疗疗效评价

摘　　要：目的　评价青光眼持续性高眼压下的手术疗效。方法　对 110例患者 15 1眼 74眼青光眼在持续性高眼压下行手术治疗 ,并与同期 77眼在正常眼压下行手术治疗的青光眼疗效进行对比。结果　 2组青光眼术后眼压、视力、青光眼滤过泡间比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。持继性高眼压组 ,治愈 5 6眼 ,好转 11眼 ,失败 7眼 ,正常眼压组对应分别为 5 4、13、10眼。结论　青光眼持续性高眼压下行手术治疗 ,只要术前、术后处理得当 ,不仅可缩短病程和减少并发症 ,而且还能取得与正常眼压下行抗青光眼手术治疗同样的疗效。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of surgery f or glaucoma with durative intraocular hypertension. Methods Surgery was performed on 74 eyes with dur ative intraocular hypertension and 77 eyes with normal intraocular pressure.The results and complications of glaucoma in the group of durative intraocular hyper tension were compared with that of normal intraocular pressure. Results It was no clinical or statistical significant differenc es in intraocular pressure,visual outcome and filtration bleb.There were 56 eyes with cure,11 eyes getting better and 7 eyes with failure in durative intraocul ar hypertension group;but 54 eyes,13 eyes and 10 eyes respectively in normal int raocular pressure group.Conclusion Managements of surgery are properly performed on the glaucoma with durative intraocular hypertension before and afte r operation,the same results as that performed on the glaucoma with normal pres sure can be obtained,and it can reduce the complications and shorten the durati on of the disease.
