血管化与非血管化移植骨同期种植的比较研究

摘　　要：采用Branemark种植技术，对双侧下颌骨体部大部切除患者同时行血管化和非血管化骨移植，同期植入种植体。本文就VBC和NVBG与种植体之间的骨结合及两种不同移植骨之间骨结构进行了比较研究。Vascularized and nonvascularized bone graft (VBG and NVBG) were respectively transplanted into bilateralmandibular defect region, meanwhile, the implant wre placed in bone graft by Branemark implantation systemand techniqUe. This paper comparatively studied the ossointegration between VBG, NVBG and implant, maderesearches into the bone structure in the two different bone graft.
