种植义齿患者心理初探

摘　　要：对286名种植义齿患者的。理状况进行了调查分析。结果表明：患者对种植义齿的要求依次是美观（45．8％），舒适（322％）和方便（18.3％）；疼痛是患者最担心的问题（68.6％）．在引导患者就医的媒介方面，经医生介绍者占32．6％，由其他人介绍者占33.7％，看电视者占28.2％，经报刊和广播途径就医者分别占3．4％和2．l％。患者对种植义齿效果满意者占53．7％，较满意者占38．5％，不满意者占7.8％。he purpose of the research is want to know what are the psychological factors of the implant denturepatients. We investigated 286 patients. Everyone would be answer the following questions: What were yourdesire for the implant denture?What were your worry about the implant denture? Who introdused you to seethe dentist? Were you satisfaction with the implant denture? The result showed that the 45. 8% pahents mostdesire was beauty - What patients most worried issur was pain(68. 6% ). The 66. 3% patients were introdusedto recept the implant denture by the dentist or by their relatives, friends et al. The 92. 2%patients expressedsatisfaction with the result of the implant denture.
