摘　　要：国有股转让引入竞价机制,依靠市场定价是获得更好价格并在更大程度上体现公平的有效途径。博弈论中的暗标拍卖模型的均衡解,表明了在国有股竞价拍卖中,让更多人(包括民营企业、外资企业)参加竞买,均衡价格自然向有利于国有资产所有者的方向移动,但拍卖规则的设计应趋于合理。The competition system introduced to the state stock transfer and the price based on the market is an effective way to make the price more fair. The average explanation in the sale model in Bo Yi forum shows that in the state stock sale, more and more people can take part in the saling. In this way, the average price can naturally transfer to the owner of the state property. But the design of the sale rule should be more considerable.
