摘  要:研究了由松节油二步法合成松油醇的实验方法,确定了合成松油醇得率的主要影响因素,通过正交实验和单因素实验,得较佳的水合条件为:硫酸质量分数32%,反应温度28℃~32℃,松节油与硫酸溶液的质量比1∶1 5,乳化剂用量为松节油质量的0 015%,加入0 001mL/g松节油的冰醋酸,水合时间14h,水合萜二醇收率达94%以上;脱水反应中,用硫酸盐-硫酸混合催化剂,使松油醇的收率可达82%以上。Terpeneol was prepared by the formation of terpine hydrate through the hydrolysis of terpentine,followed by the dehydration of terpine hydrate.Based upon the laboratory work in accordance with orthogonal experimental design,the optimal conditions for the formation of terpine hydrate were found as,using dilute sulfuric acid with concentration of 32 %(mass)as catalyst,the mass ratio of dilute sulfuric acid to terpentine is 1.5∶1,reaction temperature 28 ℃~34 ℃ for (14 h),the mass ratio of emulsifier to terpentine is 0.015 %.Addition of glacial acetic acid at a dosage of 0.001 mL per gram of terpentine is helpful to shorten the reaction time.In the formation of terpine hydrate a yield of higher than 94 % can be achieved.In the dehydration of terpine hydrate to form terpeneol,a yield of higher than 82 % can be achieved.
