摘　　要：目的 :探讨早期小胃癌的X线诊断价值。方法 :收集资料完整的 2 7例小胃癌 ,对其行X线双对比造影片与胃切除标本对照 ,分析造影所见及其病理基础。结果 :病例均为病灶大小在 5 .1～ 10mm间的早期胃癌 ,其主要X线表现为限局性胃壁伸展不良 ,浅凹陷面和黏膜纠集等征象。结论 :合理的X线检查能准确发现小胃癌 。Objective: To study the value of X-ray diag nosis in small gastric cancer. Methods:Twenty-seven cases of small gastric cancer were collected and received X-ray double contrast examinat ion of stomach. The X-ray findings and gastric cancer specimen were compared an d analyzed. Results:All cases were small gastric cancer betwee n 5.1 to 10 mm in diameter. The major X-ray manifestations included local gastr ic wall rigidity, superficial excavation, and mucosal convergency. Conc lusion: Reasonable X-ray examination can exactly find small gastric ca ncer. The excellent double contrast study of stomach possessed important diagnos tic value in qualification and quantitation of small gastric cancer.
