摘　　要：在市场经济条件下,如何通过对企业的集成管理,达到企业内部的高度计划性,从而优化利用企业资源,达到企业经济效益最佳,这成了各企业实施企业信息化要解决的基本问题。各企业在此过程中,都强调了计划的核心作用,文中提出了一种针对中小配套型企业计划控制系统的设计和简化方案,结合MRPⅡ和JIT两种计划安排模式的思想,给出了计划控制方案的总体框架以及设计思路,并对主要的功能模块进行了较详细的分析。In the market economy, it is an essential problem to be solved for a company in the information process to optimize its resources and achieve the best economic profit by means of integrated management and careful planning. Planning plays the core role in the process. This paper puts forward a scheme for the design and simplification of the planning control system for small and medium-sized companies. With the combination of the two planning models, MRP II and JIT, the paper offers the framework of the planning control scheme and the designing ideas and analyzes the main functional templates in detail.
