西汉授田制与汉初商品经济的发展——“弛山泽之禁”新释

摘　　要：西汉前期私营工商业经济异常活跃。这与西汉实行授田制度和“弛山泽之禁”有密切关系。授田制度是私营工商业经济迅速兴起的前提和基础 ,“弛山泽之禁”则在技术层面上直接推动了它的发展。而《张家山汉墓竹简》的出土让我们认识到汉初“弛山泽之禁”之“弛”是有限度。Much influenced by the System of Granting Land and the Relaxation of Mountains and Rivers,the private industry and commerce in the early Western Han Dynasty was brisk with the rapid development.The System of Granting Land provided a foundation and premise for the rise of the private industry and commerce while the Relaxation of Mountains and Rivers promoted the development technically.The bamboo slips unearthed from the Han tombs in Zhang-jia Mountainmakes us aware that there are limitation and reservation involved in “Relaxation”.
