穴位埋线治疗陈旧性面瘫158例的临床研究

摘　　要：观察运用穴位埋线与针刺法对照治疗陈旧性面瘫 15 8例临床疗效。采用随机分组对照观察的方法 ,经治疗Ⅰ疗程 (3个月 )。结果 ,治疗组 79例有效率为 87.34% ,痊愈率为 36 .71% ;对照组 79例有效率为 4 9.37% ,痊愈率为 15 .19% ;经统计学处理两组间有效率的比较X21=2 6 .33,P1<0 .0 1;痊愈率比较X22 =9.5 2 ,P2 <0 .0 1,均具有显著性差异 ,表明穴位埋线是治疗陈旧性面瘫的较佳方法。Purpose:To comparatively observe the curative effects of catgut-embedding and electro-acupuncture on dated facial neuritis.Mehtods:158 cases of dated facial neuritis randomly divided into groups and be control observation.Then they were therapied by catgut-embedding and acupuncture.Results:Cure 79 cases were recovered and the cured rate was 36.71%;The obvious effective rate was 50.63%;The total effective rate was 87.34%;Comparison 79 cases were recovered and the cured rate was 15.19%;The obvious effective rate was 34.18% ;The total effective rate was 49.37%;Comparison of the cured rate and total effective rate in the two groups showed significant difference (P_1<0.01,P_2<0.01) by analysis of statistics (X 2_1=30.23,X 2_2=23.86).Conclusion:The result showed catgut-embedding is a good therapy for dated facial neuritis.
