姑息性切除加术中^(125)I种子源植入治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌

摘　　要：目的 观察不能根治性切除的局部晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者行姑息性切除加术中永久性植入^(125)I种子源疗效。方法 66例ⅢA～ⅢB NSCLC患者,其中26例行姑息性切除术加^(125)I种子源术中植入,26例根治性切除,另14例仅行姑息性切除。将3组进行术后近期生存率比较。结果术中植入^(125)I种子源定位准确、安全,术后无严重相关并发症;^(125)I种子源植入配合姑息性切除术治疗局部晚期NSCLC近期疗效明显优于姑息性切除术(P<0.05)。结论 ^(125)I种子源术中植入配合手术治疗,有助于提高局部晚期NSCLC的手术治疗效果。Objective To explore the effect of intra-operative interstitial implantation of 125 I seeds plus palliative resection. Methods In 66 patients with local advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (ⅢA-ⅢB) , 26 patients were implanted125 I seeds in residual tumor tissue that hadn' t been resected and suspicious margins in operation, 26 patients were treated with curative resection, other 14 patients were treated with only palliative resection. The survival rates were compared among these three groups. Results The method of intra-operative interstitial implantation of 125 I seeds was safe and wasn't followed by severe complications. The effect of intra-operative interstitial implantation of125 I seeds plus palliative resection in local advanced non-small-cell lung cancer was apparently superior to that of palliative resection only. Conclusion It is beneficial to raise the therapeutic efficacy of the surgical treatment in local advanced non-small-cell lung cancer with intra-operative interstitial implantation of 152 I seeds.
