摘 要:目的:观察全脑缺血后再灌流时不同脑区聚胺代谢动态变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法:采用高效液相色谱法检测脑缺血再灌流后海马、脑皮质及脑白质中腐胺(Puc)、精脒(Spd)和精胺(Spm)的水平。结果:脑缺血再灌流1hPuc水平明显升高,1d时达峰浓度,3d仍维持较高水平。Spd水平随再灌流的时间延长逐渐降低。缺血再灌流1hSpm水平轻微升高,2h达峰水平,3d后恢复正常。结论:全脑缺血再灌流后存在聚胺水平异常变化,其中Puc水平变化是反映缺血性脑损伤严重程度的理想生化指标。Objective:To observe polyamines metabolism disturbance dy namically in gerbils fol-lowing cerebral ischemia-reperfusion and disuss the c linical significance of the changes.Methods:the levels of Putrescine,Spermidi ne and Spermine in different brain area(including hippocampus,cortex and whit e matter)were measured dynamically with HPLC.Results:The changes in levels of Putrescine,Spermidine and Spermine in different brain areas were almost the s ame.The level of Putrescine started to incease significantly in1hour followin g cerebral ischemia-reperfusion1hour,reached the peak in1day,and was higher than that in the control group at3days.The level of Spermidine descended grad-ually following cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.The level of Spermine inceased slowly following cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in1hour,reached the peak in2 hours,and returned to normal in3days.Con-clusion:There were polyamines meta bolic disturbances in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion of gerbils,and the changes in Putrescine levels may be used as a laboratory marker for the severity of bra in damage following cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.
