子宫颈癌前病变中bcl-2蛋白表达与HPV感染的关系

摘　　要：目的 :观察HPV1 6感染后宫颈癌前病变中bcl- 2蛋白表达的特点 ,探讨HPV在宫颈癌发生发展中的作用。方法 :应用引物介导的原位标记 (PRINS)技术及SP法对 40例慢性宫颈炎 ,46例慢性宫颈炎伴鳞状上皮化生 ,44例宫颈上皮内瘤变 (CIN)进行HPV1 6的检测及bcl- 2表达。结果 :慢性宫颈炎伴鳞状上皮化生组及CIN组的HPV1 6感染率及bcl- 2蛋白阳性率明显高于慢性宫颈炎组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;73例HPV1 6阳性者bcl- 2蛋白表达 40例 ,阳性率 5 4 .8%,5 7例HPV1 6阴性者bcl- 2蛋白表达 1 3例 ,阳性率 2 2 .8%,两者比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :在慢性宫颈炎、鳞状上皮化生、CIN的进展过程中bcl-2蛋白表达水平逐渐增高。Objective:To determine whether there is a relationship between the presence of Human papillomavirus(HPV) types16 and expression of bcl-2 protein, and to study the role of HPV16 in histogenesis of cervical carcinoma. Methods: A total cases of 40 cases of chronic cervicitis , 46 squanous metaplasia with chronic cervicitis, 44 cervix intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) were studied. HPV16 were detected by using Primed in situ labeling (PRINS) and bcl-2 protein were examined by using immunohistochemical method. Results: The rates of HPV16 infection and expression of bcl-2 protein in squanous metaplasia and CIN were higher than that in chronic cervicitis (P<0.05); The patients with HPV16 infection had higher rates of bcl-2 protein expression (54.8%) than that in non-infected patients (22.8%) P<0.05. Conclusions: The expression levels of bcl-2 protein in 46 squanous metaplasia and CIN are higher than that in chronic cervicitis .HPV may act as a tumor promoter in the histogenesis of cervical carcinoma.
