侧脑室脑膜瘤的CT和MRI诊断

摘　　要：目的　报道 2 4例侧脑室内脑膜瘤并总结其CT和MRI的特点。方法　回顾 2 4例经手术和病理证实的侧脑室脑膜瘤的CT和MRI资料 ,分析其影像学表现。其中 9例CT检查 ,1 5例MRI检查 ,5例同时做CT和MRI检查。结果　①侧脑室脑膜瘤好发于中青年女性。②好发部位为侧脑室三角区 ,占 87 5 % ( 2 1 /2 4)。③肿瘤大多为类圆形 ,占 83 3 % ,体积较大 ,边界清晰。④CT多表现为平扫呈均匀略高密度影 ,增强呈均匀显著强化 ,占77 8% ( 7/9) ;MRI多表现为T1W1呈现等信号占 80 % ( 1 2 /1 5 ) ,T2W1呈略高信号占 73 3 % ( 1 1 /1 5 ) ,增强呈均匀强化占 73 3 % ( 1 1 /1 5 )。结论　侧脑室脑膜瘤的CT和MRI表现典型 ,其发病年龄、性别及发病部位等特殊 ,据此可以提高诊断正确率。Objective 24 Meningiomas of the lateral ventricles diagnosed by CT and MRI were reported. The purpose of this study was to manifest the CT and MRI features. Methods CT and MRI appearances of 24 cases of surgical pathologic proved meningiomas of the lateral ventricles were retrospectively analyzed. 9 cases were evaluated with CT, 15 cases with MRI and 6 cases with both CT and MRI. Results ①The tumors frequently occurred in young-middle age female. ② Most tumors occurred in the triangle area lateral ventricles, accounting for 83.3%(20/24), with bulky volume and clear boundary. ③The tumors frequently occurred in lateral ventricular atrium. ④Meningiomas of the lateral ventricles had characteristic CT and MRI appearances: On CT plain scan the tumors were slightly hyperdensity, on post-contrast CT image, the tumors were enhanced homogeneously 77.8%(7/9). MRI findings were: tumor appeared equal-intense 80%(12/15) on T1W1 and hyperintense 73.3%(11/15) on T2W1. on post-contrast scans, MR images showed marked homogeneous enhancement 73.3%(11/15). Conclusion The diagnosis of lateral ventricles meningioma depends on their CT and MRI characteristic appearance, specific location and patient's age and sex.
