摘　　要：当代社会,犯罪率日益呈上升趋势,除了司法公正目标以外,刑事诉讼的效率已成世界各国刑事法律制度共同追求的另一重要价值目标。为此,在明确效率与刑事诉讼效率的确切含义的基础上,从增进社会总福利的角度,进行成本—收益分析和均衡分析,以提高刑事诉讼的效率。In current society, the crime rate has a tendency to rise day by day.Besides the goal of judicial fairness, the efficiency of criminal procedure has been another important value aim, which has been sought by criminal systems of criminal law all over the world. At first,we should make exact meaning of efficiency and the efficiency of criminal procedure.Because of the increasing judicature resources,we must improve the efficiency of Criminal Procedure.For improving the efficiency of Criminal Procedure, we should do the cost-benifit analysis and equilibrium analysis with the view.
