摘 要:目的 :观察应用牵张成骨术延长腭裂模型犬的腭部对上颌骨生长发育方面的影响。方法 :在腭裂模型犬实验侧行经典模式的牵张成骨术。分别于手术当天、术后 7、18、60d取印模 ,灌注石膏模型。于术后 60d处死所有动物 ,制作头颅新鲜骨标本。在石膏模型和新鲜骨标本上测量各标志点间的距离。结果 :实验过程中未观察到明显错牙合畸形 ;实验结束时 ,上颌骨的两侧结构保持对称。结论 :应用牵张成骨术延长腭裂模型犬的腭部时 。Objective To observe the changes of t he occlusion relationship, the growth and development of maxillae after palatal distraction in canine cleft palatal model. Methods Having been made cleft palatal model, seven adolescent, mix-bred dogs were performed pa latal distraction osteogenesis(DO). The changes of dental occlusion were recorde d with plast cast during the experiment. All the animals were sacrificed on 60 d and their maxillae were harvested to measure the distance of the bone marks. Results The measurements of the harvested maxillae show that there were no significant differences except the length and height of the hard palate between the normal control and distracted sides. No significant occlusion disorder was recorded during the experiment. Conclusion The maxillary growth was unaffected when the hard palate of the adolescent cleft palate model dog was lengthened by distraction osteogenesis with classica l method.
