摘　　要：目的　探讨异体结膜联合角膜缘部移植术治疗重度眼部化学伤的疗效。方法　对异体结膜联合角膜缘部移植组和常规药物治疗组的疗效进行回顾性分析。结果　异体结膜联合角膜缘部移植组角膜上皮修复。角膜新生血管少 ,假性胬肉少。睑球粘连少。结论　异体结膜联合角膜缘部移植术为眼表面重建奠定了基础 ,明显优于传统治疗方法。Objective To study the effect of homologous conjunctiva and corneal limbus transplantation for ocular chemical burn.Methods Compared the effect of homologous conjunctiva and corneal limbus transplantation and drug treatment.Result The complications such as symblepharon,pseudo-pterygium and conrneal neovascularization were lower.Conclusion The operation was better than traditional drug.
